Our National Anthem for the Remington College Virtual Commencement is being Performed by Sarah Campbell, Manager of Quality Assurance for Instructional Technology. We would like to thank Sarah for contributing her talents on this special day for our students.

Heather Hensell, Ed.D. – Provost
Dr. Hensell serves as the Provost for Remington College. She taught both online and face-to-face for 12 years prior to joining Remington College in August of 2017. Heather earned her doctorate in higher education leadership from Gwynedd Mercy University and has a master’s degree in philosophy from the University of North Texas, a master’s degree in family studies from Texas Woman’s University, and a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and psychology from the University of North Texas. When she’s not cheering on the students at Remington College, Heather enjoys reading and instant film photography. She’s currently working on her first creative non-fiction short story and hopes to begin a Master of Fine Arts program in creative non-fiction in 2022.

Jon Daniels – Director of Campus Administration of Remington College Online and Knoxville
Jonathon Daniels is an U.S. Army Veteran – served in Operation Iraqi Freedom I, II and III. He is a two time Army Commendation Medal Recipient. Jon is married and the father of five children. He has worked in higher education for 16 years. Originally from Southern Illinois, an avid sports fan, Jon played college baseball and was scouted by Red Sox, Cardinals, Cubs and Braves.

Meet the Next Generation of Healthcare Workers in Your Area.
Graduates of our healthcare programs at Remington College have been hard at work honing their skills so employers can rest easy knowing they can step right in and make a difference. Our Remington College graduates are entering a variety of disciplines, including medical assisting, medical billing and coding, medical office administration, pharmacy technician, dental assisting, and medical assisting with x-ray tech (limited scope).
Our 2021 class has the potential to be employed in hospitals, nursing homes, retail pharmacies, physician groups, insurance companies, private practices, and more, so be on the lookout for Remington graduates in the healthcare industry who are eager to start making a difference.

Presenting our 2021 Graduating Class of Remington College, Columbia (Healthcare Programs)
A Hands-On Learning Environment Has Prepared Our Graduates to Supply Immediate Skilled Labor Their Community.
Graduates of our trades programs at Remington College have been practicing their skills in our labs and preparing to meet the demands of their industry. Our trades graduates are entering the workforce with a Associate Degrees or Diplomas in programs like Facility Maintenance, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), and Process Technology.
Expect to see our 2021 graduates serving much-needed roles in the blue-collar workforce. Our Facility Maintenance graduates will be filling positions like Facility Maintenance Technician, Building Maintenance Technician, or General Maintenance and Repair Technician. Our HVAC graduates will surely find opportunities with contracting companies or manufacturers where they will be performing HVAC installation and repair.
The faculty and staff of Remington College would like to congratulate all of our graduates who are stepping up to fill the skilled labor gap, we are so proud of you and can’t wait to see what the future holds.
