OUR CULINARY GRADUATES ARE COOKING UP SOMETHING SPECIAL.
Our culinary graduates are graduating with either a Diploma in Culinary Skills Essentials or an Associate Degree in Culinary Management. They have been hard at work in the kitchen perfecting techniques and honing in on recipes.
Remington College’s Culinary Skills Essentials program provides training in the essential knowledge and practical skills required for entry level employment in the food service industry. This program provides training in safety and sanitation as well as hands-on experience working in an instructor supervised kitchen, giving students the ability to practice preparing appetizers, sauces, entrées, and desserts.
Remington College’s Culinary Management program provides training in the essential knowledge and practical skills required for entry level employment in the food service industry. This program provides training in safety and sanitation as well as hands-on experience working in an instructor supervised kitchen, giving students the ability to practice preparing appetizers, sauces, entrées, and desserts. The program also provides instruction in restaurant management, nutrition, event planning, and small business management skills
