Heather Hensell, Ed.D. – Provost

Dr. Hensell serves as the Provost for Remington College. She taught both online and face-to-face for 12 years prior to joining Remington College in August of 2017. Heather earned her doctorate in higher education leadership from Gwynedd Mercy University and has a master’s degree in philosophy from the University of North Texas, a master’s degree in family studies from Texas Woman’s University, and a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and psychology from the University of North Texas. When she’s not cheering on the students at Remington College, Heather enjoys reading and instant film photography. She’s currently working on her first creative non-fiction short story and hopes to begin a Master of Fine Arts program in creative non-fiction in 2022.

Jon Daniels – Director of Campus Administration of Remington College Online and Knoxville

Jonathon Daniels is an U.S. Army Veteran – served in Operation Iraqi Freedom I, II and III. He is a two time Army Commendation Medal Recipient. Jon is married and the father of five children. He has worked in higher education for 16 years. Originally from Southern Illinois, an avid sports fan, Jon played college baseball and was scouted by Red Sox, Cardinals, Cubs and Braves.

Rhonda Williams

Rhonda Williams is originally from Jasper Texas. Family is very important to Rhonda. She comes from a family of 6 children. She is the proud mother of a daughter, LaBonna who resides in Texas and Son Gavin who lives in New York. She is a loving grandmother of three, Majesty, Cedric, and Landon. Rhonda considers the employees and students at Remington College her extended family. Rhonda has been a dedicated and reliable employee for Remington for 5 years. Throughout the pandemic, she worked tirelessly to help the students, faculty, and staff continue to flourish. In her spare time, she enjoys relaxing, spas, watching western movies, and spending time with her grandchildren. Rhonda personifies the Spirit of Remington College.

Darcy Robinson

Darcy Robinson knows that successful students make successful dental assistants. Her motto is “You will never always be motivated, so you must learn to be disciplined”. Mrs. Robinson has been a dental assistant for 16 years and has been an instructor for 5 years with almost 3 years being at Remington College. Mrs. Robinson studied at Rust college, before leaving and graduating from Concorde Career College in 2005. She is currently enrolled at The University of Memphis to finish her Bachelor’s degree in education. Mrs. Robinson loves helping others to become the best version of themselves, and she looks forward to each new class that comes through her courses.

Marquita Reid

Marquita Reid is a native of Quitman County Mississippi where she graduated from High school with honors as well as being a member of the Beta Club. Mrs. Reid enjoys spending time with her three boys and husband all of which reside here in Memphis, TN.  She is a hardworking, dedicated individual that loves drawing and writing poetry.  She completed the AS program with a 3.71 GPA.

Mrs. Reid never missed a day of school. She was very dedicated to her studies. Not only was she dedicated, but would always rally around her classmates seeking ways to assist in making sure they were successful inside and outside of the classroom. Mrs. Reid did not allow the pandemic to stop her success. She attended daily Live Lecture as well as outdoor tutoring sessions.

Kimberly Nichols – Director of Campus Administration

Kimberly Nichols is a native Memphian. She loves the rich history and people and can’t imagine living anywhere else. Kimberly has worked in Higher Education for 15 years and enjoys helping others accomplish their goals and become the best version of themselves. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, baking, reading, and writing short stories.
